Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.good-vision.ca  operated by Good-vision Food Production Company Ltd.

After you have placed your order : you can cancel your order at any time before we contact you for the picking up of the goods or for delivery notice. We shall issue a full payment back to your credit card.

After we have processed the goods and have advised you by email : you can cancel your order before you pick up your goods or we have started the delivery to you. In this case we shall charge you a handling fee which shall be 20% of the purchase price. We shall issue a payment back to your credit card for the value of your purchase amount less the 20% fee.

After you have picked up your food or we have completed the delivery to you : we are not able to accept any return or refund for your purchase due to hygienic reason.
